If you make the wrong move, users could wind up on a date they were never supposed to attend. What’s the worst thing that can happen on a tinder date? Oh, murder. Online dating is an amazing thing. But sometimes, meeting a person online can lead to online dating murder. One such shocking incident happened in Jaipur when a 27-year-old Dushyant Sharma faked of being a rich to woo a girl on Tinder. He never thought it would eventually cost him his own life.
27-year-old Priya Seth killed Dushyant brutally as he was chopped into pieces after kidnapping and strangling. The chilling crime took place in Jaipur but the chopped pieces of the man’s body were found packed in a suitcase in Delhi.
Dushyant’s Tinder profile said his name was Vivan Kohli, a Delhi resident who earned crores of rupees every month. After Priya and Dushyant became friends, she demanded a hefty amount of Rs. 10 lakh. But when he refused to give the amount, Priya along with his friends (Dikshant Kamra, 25 and Lakshya Walia, 26), kidnapped the victim. So, Priya started threatening the victim by filing a rape case against him.
According to the police, Priya and friends kidnapped the victim and took him to a rented flat in Jaipur. The woman took away the victim’s ATM card and also demanded the ransom from his father. The victim’s father deposited Rs. 3 lakh into his son’s bank account. A transaction of Rs. 20,000 was made from the victim’s account after which the accused allegedly strangled him and chopped him into pieces.
Still, the motive behind the murder is still not clear.
