Vistara airline’s launch film, produced and directed by The Wedding Filmer, is one of the most adorable corporate films you shall ever see. Vistara in their first flight gave special treatment to 12 street children from the Salaam Baalak Trust. They let them enjoy an airplane ride for the first time in their life, fulfilling one of their dreams.

The Tata group launched Vistara airline in partnership with Singapore Airlines Ltd (SIA) on January 9, 2015. Minister of State for Aviation Mahesh Sharma inaugurated their first flight. It was the first time the underprivileged kids got the opportunity to experience an air journey.

Salaam Baalak Trust is a non-profit organisation that takes care of street children mainly in Mumbai. The organisation was established in connection with Mira Nair’s movie Salaam Bombay that showcased the life of street kids. The Trust has helped thousands of children, nurturing them into being better human beings and ensuring each child’s overall development.
