In the FIFA World Cup 2014, Belgium and Algeria meet up in Group H in Estadio Mineirao, Belo Horizonte on June 17. Belgium will be playing a major tournament for the first time since 2002. But with breakthrough English Premier League (EPL) stars like Chelsea’s Romelu Lukaku and Eden Hazard and Wolfsburg’s Kevin De Bruyne, the chances for Belgium are good enough in this match.

Belgium is being backed by many to make a headway in the World Cup. Nonetheless, Algeria will not be easy to beat in their opening match though. Algeria is the only country at the FIFA World Cup 2014 with all 23 players from different teams! The team should be confident after winning their three friendlies against European nations in the build-up to Brazil, as they also have a string of Europe’s top leagues available with the likes of Faozi Ghoulam, Saphir Taider and Nabil Bentaleb.
