Watch: Prachi Desai in an exclusive interview about Ek Villain's hit song Awari!

Ek Villain makers gave us an amazing song called Awari featuring Prachi Desai in a sultry avatar like never before, Riteish Deshmukh and Aamna Sharif. The track gives us a sneak peek into the darker shades of the characters in this soulful number which is originally by a Pakistani band called Soch, and is sung by Adnan Dhool and Moumina M.

We share with you an exclusive interview with Prachi Desai where she talks about her experience of working with Ek Villain director Mohit Suri and what went behind the making of the amazingly intense song Awari, although the original song was in a male voice and Mohit somehow fixed it beautifully into the flow of Ek Villain. The movie’s transition is defined by this soulful emotional song, which is a painful rendition of what the characters are going through.

Prachi has been presented by Mohit in Awari very beautifully and in a different manner unlike her passé portrayals. The look of Awari is inspired by Madhuri Dixit‘s Sailaab song Humko aaj kal hai intezaar. Even though it is an open bar dance number, Prachi is shown in a trance! The track is totally different from a conventional dance number but Prachi’s sexy avatar added with the visual appeal made the extremely intense video even more likeable.
