English pop girl band Spice Girls came up with their debut hit single Wannabe in the year 1996. Now two decades later the Spice Girls song has been recreated in the most epic way! The #WhatIReallyReallyWant song has been transformed into an amazing feminist anthem. The revamped empowering song features women from different fields showcasing some really empowering messages.  Victoria Beckham shared the video and the timing cannot be more perfect!

One definitely familiar Bollywood face that appears in the video is Jacqueline Fernandez who begins the #WhatIReallyReallyWant song followed by Seyi Shay, M.O., Taylor Hatala and more people. The song features the goals put across for the Global Goals for Sustainable Development; quality education for all the girls, equal pay for equal work, end child marriage and end violence against girls.

It is nothing but amazing to see ‘Girl Power’ being used for empowering the new generation. We have to use our collective power in the year 2016 to tell world leaders what we really really want for girls and women. The video makes it clear that we have to make our message loud and clear to world leaders at the UN in September. The Global Goals for Sustainable Development will only be achieved if government, communities and most importantly you invest in girls and women.

You too can become part of this brilliant movement by sharing a picture of you holding a placard of what you really really want for women and girls with the hashtag #WhatIReallyReallyWant.
