Will Maria Sharapova win Wimbledon 10 years after her last win? The Russian player beat American Alison Riske 6-3, 6-0 in her third round match at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in London on Saturday, June 28.

Now that her arch-rival Serena Williams has crashed out of the tournament in a surprise exit after being beaten by Alize Cornet 6-1, 3-6, 4-6, Sharapova has a big chance of reclaiming the title that she won for the first time in 2004.

The Russian has waited a long time for this opportunity and let’s see who is able to challenge her to the title if she reaches the Wimbledon 2014 final. Sharapova is up against Angelique Kerber of Germany in Round 4.
