If you follow MotoGP, then you must have no trouble in understanding how (and why) the keys of a BMW M6 Coupe were handed over to the 2013 MotoGP Champion, Marc Marquez. But in case you don't know, here's a simple explanation.

Every year, the MotoGP rider showcasing the best performance in Qualify sessions gets the BMW M Award and a brand new BMW M car. This year, with a total of 367 points in the championship and nine pole positions (and not to forget, the overall 2013 championship), Honda rider Spaniard Marc Marquez has won the BMW M Award. He received a custom BMW M6 Coupe, complete with black 20-inch wheels, a Frozen Black paint job and Merino Sakhir Orange leather interiors. Powering the 20 year old MotoGP World Champion's car is a 4.4-litre twin turbo V8 engine, good enough for 570PS.
That's how you roll in MotoGP!
