Just a day after releasing a video showing the 2014 Camaro Z/28 setting a Nurburgring lap time of just 7 minutes and 37 seconds, Chevrolet has released a new set of images of this new hardcore, track-focused Camaro.
The car gets its name from the iconic Z/28 of 1967 and much like the original model from the 60s; the 2014 Camaro Z/28 comes with a manual gearbox and no air-conditioning as part of the standard equipment. It is available as an option though, probably to keep the road users happy!
Under the long hood sits a 7-litre V8 engine which churns out around 500PS of power and 650Nm of torque, good enough to lap the gruesome Nurburgring with a time of just 7 minutes and 37.47 seconds.
