Euler Motors launches Euler Prime, a real-time support system offering on-the-spot EV assistance in 45+ cities. With live diagnostics via Shepherd, it reduces downtime and boosts reliability.
Euler Motors has introduced Euler Prime, a real-time vehicle support and assistance system designed to enhance the reliability and uptime of electric commercial vehicles across India. The rollout begins with its first phase in Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Lucknow, Kanpur, and Patna, with expansion planned across more than 45 cities.
Euler Prime aims to significantly reduce vehicle downtime by providing on-the-spot breakdown assistance within city limits or nearby regions. As part of this initiative, Euler Motors is deploying trained service teams equipped with mobile bikes and service vans capable of reaching customers quickly and resolving issues directly at the location.
At the core of this system is Shepherd, Euler Motors' in-house vehicle intelligence platform. Shepherd enables advanced features such as live diagnostics, remote monitoring, and predictive maintenance, helping identify potential issues before they become major faults. This proactive approach allows the support team to intervene early, ensuring smoother and safer operations for EV fleet users.
Speaking on the launch, Ashish Tandon, Global Head of Customer Excellence, said the initiative reflects the company's commitment to improving EV dependability and enhancing customer confidence in electric mobility.
Euler Prime is set to strengthen the brand's after-sales ecosystem, making EV adoption more seamless for commercial users.
