Honda Introduces OBD2B Shine 100 with Updated Features

New Delhi: Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has launched the updated 2025 Honda Shine 100, now compliant with the OBD2B emission standards. Priced at ₹68,767 (ex-showroom, Delhi), the new Shine 100 is available at HMSI dealerships across India.

Mr. Tsutsumu Otani, Managing Director, President & CEO of HMSI, mentioned that since its introduction in March 2023, the Shine 100 has gained popularity due to its reliability, fuel efficiency, and overall value. The updated version continues to focus on providing an environmentally responsible and quality motorcycle for customers.

The Shine 100 features refreshed styling inspired by the Shine 125, with new graphics on the body panels and a sleek design. It includes a front cowl, black alloy wheels, an aluminium grabrail, a comfortable long single-piece seat, and a sleek muffler. It is available in five color options: Black with Red, Black with Blue, Black with Orange, Black with Gray, and Black with Green. The motorcycle is built on a lightweight diamond-type frame, offering stability through telescopic front forks and twin rear shock absorbers. The Shine 100 is equipped with drum brakes on both ends, coupled with CBS (Combined Braking System) for improved safety.

The motorcycle is powered by a 98.98cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, fuel-injected engine, producing 5.43 kW of power at 7500 RPM and 8.04 Nm of torque at 5000 RPM, paired with a 4-speed gearbox. The updated model meets the latest emission regulations with its OBD2B compliance.

The 2025 Honda Shine 100 is available at a price of ₹68,767 (ex-showroom Delhi) in a single variant and five color options at all HMSI dealerships across India.
