New Delhi – Jeep India has officially launched the 2025 Jeep Meridian, introducing four new trims—Longitude, Longitude Plus, Limited (O), and Overland. Renowned for its size and sophistication, the updated Meridian enhances safety, technology, and comfort, making it a compelling option for a wider audience while maintaining the brand’s legendary capability.
Kumar Priyesh, Brand Director of Jeep India, stated, “The Jeep Meridian was developed in response to the growing demand for a premium model. This launch marks a new phase for Jeep in India, offering a distinctive design and advanced technology while preserving the adventure capabilities expected from a Jeep.”
Design and Comfort
The Jeep Meridian showcases an elegant yet dynamic design, featuring the brand’s signature seven-slot grille and unified headlamps. Its sophisticated rear silhouette and trapezoidal wheel arches underline its off-road capabilities. Full LED headlamps enhance safety with dynamic indicators, while the vehicle’s interior boasts vegan leather and suede accents, complemented by copper stitching for a touch of craftsmanship.
With five or seven-seat configurations, the Meridian offers substantial space—824 liters of boot capacity with two rows folded, and 670 liters with all seats up in the five-seater variant, making it a leader in its class.
Cutting-Edge Technology
Equipped with the latest technology, the Meridian features a customizable 10.25” full digital cluster and a 10.1” touchscreen media center with navigation and wireless mirroring for both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It also includes wireless smartphone charging and multiple USB ports throughout the cabin.
The updated Uconnect suite enhances connectivity with over 30 features, including Automatic SOS Calls, Remote Engine Start/Stop, and live traffic updates.
Safety Features
The 2025 Meridian introduces an advanced ADAS suite on the Overland variant, featuring over 10 safety technologies tailored to Indian conditions. These include Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keep Assist, Traffic Sign Recognition, and more, ensuring a comprehensive safety experience.
Performance and Efficiency
Powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged diesel engine generating 170 HP and 350 Nm of torque, the Meridian is among the most fuel-efficient SUVs in its segment, delivering up to 16.25 km/l (ARAI certified).

Inaugural prices
The Jeep Meridian will be available for test drives and bookings across dealerships nationwide, designed specifically for India while aligning with Jeep’s global vision. The model will also be exported to international markets, including Japan as the Jeep Commander.
