2015 Hero Splendor Pro launch likely in 2015, 2016; gets mechanical and cosmetic changes

Hero Splendor is one of the best selling series that is offered from Hero MotoCorp. Recently a new model of Splendor has been spotted and it is assumed that this bike will be launched in 2016.

The new Splendor’s design cue is based on its earlier predecessor with some cosmetic changes such as square shaped headlight with redesigned windscreen. Other changes includes new bulkier fuel tank, 5 spoke silver alloy wheels and with some tweaked rear section.

It receives all new three pod instrumental console with chrome finishing. Its grab rail and exhaust seems to be borrowed from Hero Deluxe with some minor changes. It is also assumed that the new Splendor will come with some mechanical upgrades. The current Splendor pro is powered by 97.2cc engine that produce 8.36Ps and 8Nm of torque.

The Splendor series has seen many cosmetics changes since its launch and every model has tasted success in Indian Market.  The current Splendor Pro comes is available from INR 46,650 (ex showroom Delhi) to INR 50,000(ex-showroom Delhi).  We expect the new Splendor to be priced between INR 48,000 to INR 50,000.
