Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India ltd. (HMSI) has officially announced that the company will be showcasing a total of 11 new models at the Auto Expo 2018. The company will launch an all-new model in India as part of the four new products (Cliq, Africa Twin and Grazia) for 2017-18. Details about the new bike are scarce and our guess is as good as yours. Apart from this, Honda will also be showcasing six updated domestic products and four updated international products. Another major attraction at the Honda stall will be the presence of Honda’s brand ambassadors – Taapsee Pannu and Akshay Kumar – who will visit the Honda pavilion over the weekend. The company will also showcase the Honda PCX electric scooter concept that was recently unveiled at the 2017 Tokyo Motor Show. The PCX 150 is a maxi-scooter from the Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer that exemplifies Honda’s latest generation EV technology. The PCX Electric Concept makes use of a high-output electric motor that has been independently developed by Honda. Moreover, the scooter also makes use of the detachable Honda Mobile Power Pack, which helps in decreasing the charging time and increasing the range of the motorcycle. Also sharing the Honda pavilion will be Marc Marquez’s 2017 MotoGP winning bike – Honda RC213V. The Honda RC213V is sure expected to generate a lot of buzz amongst consumers and motorcycle enthusiasts. Furthermore, the company will also be showcasing the 2017 Honda One Make Race machine – the Honda CBR 250R.
