2011 Koenigsegg Agera coming to India (video)

One of the world’s finest supercars is already on the Indian shore – the Bugatti Veyron. But if Rs. 16 crore sounds like a far stretched deal, then there is a cheaper supercar that is making an entry into India in a few days. Enter the Koenigsegg Agera!

Expected to be priced around the Rs. 10 crore mark, the Koenigsegg Agera will soon burn rubber on the Indian tarmac, thanks to a partnership deal between the Swedish supercar-maker and Indian firm InterGlobe Enterprises. The latter is owned by Rahul Bhatia who also owns Indigo Airlines.  As per a Facebook update by NDTV CnB Show host Siddharth Patankar, the Koenigsegg announcement will happen in Delhi on the 29th of March 2011.

The Koenigsegg Agera is powered by a 4.7-litre V8 that puts out a mind numbing 910 PS of power and an insane 1000 Nm of torque! Expect a slight detuning action against the Agera for India considering the quality of fuel sold in our country. Check out the Agera in action right here:
