2012 Toyota Camry to arrive in India next week

The all new 2012 Toyota Camry sedan will be making it's official debut at the upcoming 2012 Auto Expo in New Delhi. The new Camry premium sedan will be brought into the country as a CKD unit and will be assembled locally at its Bidadi plant instead of being imported as a CBU kit. This is will help the company to price the new Camry competitively in the Indian luxury car segment. The 2012 Toyota Camry coming in the Indian market is the JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) spec version. The luxury sedan will sport a completely different front fascia with less aggressive headlights. It will don a smaller grille as compared to one seen on the current model. The overall body design will be more classier rather than sportier.

The 2012 Toyota Camry will be joining the face-lifted Innova and the Fortuner and the new Prius hybrid sedan at Pragati Maidan next week.
