BMW adds some real action to Mission Impossible 5 with M3 sports car and S1000RR superbike

A Mission Impossible movie is never truly complete unless we see agent Ethan Hunt speeding around in snazzy sports cars and doing some adrenalin rushing superbike chases with the bad guys. Well this time he’s going to do all that and maybe some more in the its 5th edition Mission Impossible - Rouge Nation and that to on some mean BMW machines. The Bavaria based luxury automotive brand has recently announced its exclusive partaking in the popular Hollywood franchise. The trailer itself shows us  Tom Cruise riding an S1000RR on a winding mountain road while being chased by the bad guys who are using S1000RRs too, most likely to be able to keep up with him.

BMW became an official automotive partner of the movie franchise with the previous edition Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol in which we saw the likes of i8 concept and the 6 series convertible. As for this edition we have two exceptional machines – the fifth generation BMW M3 and the spectacular S1000RR superbike.

The combination of Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) and superbikes was truly became iconic with the second edition of the movie where Cruise was seen taming the English beast, Triumph Speed Triple. After being associated with motorcycle brands like Triumph and Ducati, this time we’ll see the German prodigy S1000RR in action.

Coming to some four-wheeled action we have the new M3 with the M division’s philosophy and dynamic design that leaves no doubt about the M3’s motorsport genes. The car comes with BMW’s ConnectedDrive, which offers connectivity between driver, car and environment on hand for team Impossible Mission Force (IMF) in the movie. This system is also seen offering enhanced safety and driving comfort in real life, with features such as camera and driving assistance systems.
