Chevrolet Tavera Neo 3 launched in India

The new Chevrolet Tavera Neo 3, which was unveiled at the 2012 Auto Expo had been silently introduced in the Indian market at a starting price of Rs 6.72 lakh (ex-showroom, New Delhi.)

The updated version of the Tavera is now available in showrooms across the country.

The new Tavera Neo 3 features new headlamps that integrates side indicators and a revamped front grille that holds the big Chevrolet badge. Compared to Neo 2, the Neo 3 boasts of increased interior space and comfort. Under the hood, powering the new Tavera is a 2.0-litre diesel engine with Direct Injection technology. The new engine is BSIII compliant and the BSIV version of the MPV will be launched shortly. The Neo 3 will be available in 6,7,8,9 and 10 seater options. 

 

The base version of the new MUV, Neo 3 LS-10 seater has been priced at Rs 6.72 lakh and the high-end model, Neo 3 LT-7 seater has been priced at Rs 10.02 lakh. (all prices are ex-showroom, New Delhi.) The new MUV from Chevrolet will compete with the Toyota Innova in the Indian market.
