The Aegea sedan will be produced at the company's Tofas plant in Bursa, Turkey. It will be exported to over 40 countries in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region. Dimensionally, the Aegea sedan is 4.5 meters in length, 1.78 meters in width and 1.48 meters in height, and has a large wheelbase of about 2.4 meter. The Fiat Aegea sedan will be offered in two gasoline engines and two Multi-jet II turbodiesel engines. The engines will have a power output range of 95PS to 120PS. Both manual and automatic transmissions will be on offer. The vehicle is claimed to return an impressive fuel efficiency of 25kmpl.
The front fascia of the sedan is characterised by a captivatingly shapely bonnet with central ribbing stretching up to the rood to create a continuous line. A single element grille with the light cluster, and added chrome effect further enhances the overall appeal of the car. The side profile features a character line that flows from the headlights and merges to the rear light clusters.
Fiat Aegea (Linea replacement) is equipped with Uconnect infotainment system with a five-inch touchscreen display. The infotainment system supports TomTom satellite navigation system, handsfree Bluetooth, audio streaming, voice recognition, USB, AUX and iPod. Adding to it, the sedan features a three-spoke steering wheel with control for audio, telephony and others, a rearview camera and others.
