The car will be available in two engine variants namely the 1.5 TiVCT Petrol and 1.5TDCi Diesel engines. Both the engines will be available in 4 trims – Style, Trend, Titanium and Titanium +. With safety features like the Airbags, ABS and EBD standard across all trims, entertainment features like steering mounted controls and 6 speaker audio system also comes in as standard equipment.15” alloy wheel come in standard on all variants but the base Style variant, where it gets 15” steel wheels.
Where Titanium and Titanium+ get the new voice control for the Audio system and AC, the two base models will be missing them. Exclusive to the Titanium+ trim will be features like cruise control and reverse parking sensors.The new ford Fiesta will be launched on July 14.
Unlike the global fiesta which gets a 1.6 litre engine, the Indian version will be plonked in with a 1.5 litre T-VCT engine which will produce 81PS of power with 140Nm of torque and the 1.5 litre TDCi diesel engine will produce 90PS of power with 204Nm of torque.
