Honda City Surpasses 7 Lakh Unit Sales Milestone in India

Honda City, a bestselling mid-sized sedan from Honda Cars India has managed to reach a sales milestone of 7 lakh units in the country.

Honda Cars India officially announced that its popular selling premium sedan – Honda City has managed to reach a new milestone. The car maker has retailed 7 lakh units of Honda City sedan in the country ever since it was introduced in the country in the year 1998. As a reminder, the sedan received its major facelift in the country earlier this year bagged 2.5 lakh sales milestone in February 2017. The 4th generation of Honda City is one of the important products for the Indian customers as the fact that it enjoys huge brand loyalty. The 4th generation Honda City offers best in class range of technology, design, exterior and interior features which is offered in both Manual Transmission and CVT options. Under the hood, the sedan is offered with a choice of petrol and diesel engines – 117bhp 1.5-Litre petrol and 99bhp 1.5-litre diesel.

Feature-wise, the City sedan gets best-in-class features like Keyless entry, Electric Sunroof, Steering Mounted Audio and Bluetooth handsfree, advanced 17.7 cm touchscreen infotainment system called the Digipad, Reverse Camera & Parking Sensors, Cruise Control, Automatic Air-conditioner, leather seats, 16 inch diamond alloy wheels and safety at its best with ABS (Anti-lock braking system) with EBD, & Airbags and much more.
