Hyundai India launched the Santa Fe SUV in India as a replacement to the defunct Tuscon. Now, the Korean carmaker has quietly slipped in a new variant into the Santa Fe line-up – the one with an automatic transmission. The new variant will continue using the same engine as the current Santa Fe 4WD, however, it will get a 6-speed automatic transmission. The AT variant of the Santa Fe will set you back by Rs 24.36 lakh (ex-showroom, New Delhi), which is Rs 90,000 over the price of the Santa Fe 4WD.
