Hyundai India, the country’s largest exporter of passenger cars, has launched the Hyundai Xcent Prime CNG variant in India. The Xcent Prime CNG model is the first commercial segment compact sedan to get factory-fitted CNG variant. The Hyundai Xcent Prime CNG has been launched at a price of INR 5.93 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) for the ‘T’ variant and INR 6.13 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) for the ‘T+’ variant. The Hyundai Xcent Prime CNG model is available in two variants – T and T+ – and come with best-in-segment warranty of 3 years and 100,000 kms. The Xcent Prime CNG comes equipped with factory fitted SLF – Speed Limiting Function. The Hyundai Xcent Prime CNG is powered by a 1.2-litre Kappa Dual VTVT Petrol engine that produces 82 BHP of power and 114 Nm of peak torque. This engine comes mated to a 5-speed manual transmission.
