Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 Roadster Unveiled

Lamborghini officially unveils Aventador Roadster. Specs, pictures and price all revealed.

Not many cars are as desirable as the ones from Italy. And not many cars as exclusive as the Aventador J. It was a pure one-off roadster based on the flagship Aventador. We presume that you don't own one, there was just one example made and you won't be reading this news if you were the proud owner. 

You would rather be enjoying the V12 orchestra reverberating in the Stelvio Pass. But not all are as lucky as you! So Lamborghini decided to give us all a car that might not be as rare as the Aventador J but still a very special car, the Aventador Roadster.

An Aventador with a two piece removable carbon fiber roof, separated by a central spinal column is what we know as the Aventador roadster. The engine remains the same 6.5-litre V12 as found in the Aventador. It too gets a four-wheel drive system to connect the 700 horses to tarmac, along with a stop-start and a cylinder deactivation system. And there's a powered rear window too, with which you can control the amount of V12 noise entering your cabin.

Listen to the V12 or impress your date, it all depends on you. But yes, if you have 300,000 euros, you can do both at the same time.
