Lamborghini Aventador S launching tomorrow: Expected Price 5 Cr. in India

The second most powerful Lamborghini is all set to make its debut in India tomorrow.

Lamborghini India is all set to launch the recently unveiled Aventador S in India tomorrow. In the European market, the Aventador S is priced at £271,146 which roughly translates into INR 2.28 Cr. but this price will be added with import duty taxes.

The cosmetic updates done in the Aventador S account to a revised front bumper which gets a longer splitter along with a restyled rear-bumper that now comes with a larger diffuser. Rest of the specifics of this car remain the same as before with the other changes being observed inside the cabin. It is to come with a new TFT touchscreen multimedia display which comes with Apple Car Play and Android Auto connectivity.

The power comes from a 6.5-litre V12 which churns out 740Bhp which is 40 Bhp more than the previous model. The torque figure now stands at 690Nm. The engine can propel the car from 0 to 100km/h in just under 2.9 seconds with the top speed of 350km/h. The transmission responsibilities are to be handled by a 7-speed dual clutch transmission. To keep all of this horsepower under control and to make sure that you do not crash, Lamborghini has equipped the same with four-wheel system.

the new Aventador S is offered with four driving modes which include Strada (Street), Sport, Corsa (race) and Ego. The outgoing model comes with first three modes only.
