If you are an avid follower of the happenings in the automotive world, it won't be surprising for you to see a lot of Indian cars going to Nepal. Last week, it was the Tata Safari Storme, which headed to the country in the Himalayas and now, a report by IndianAutosBlog says that Mahindra has launched the Bolero Maxi Truck (pick up) in Nepal.

Mahindra launches Bolero Maxi Truck in Nepal

Powered by a 65PS 2.5-litre diesel engine (common rail direct injection), the Maxi Truck can lug loads up to 1,150kg in its 40.6 sq ft loading bay, which should be good enough for small businesses. The five-speed gearbox and power-assisted steering are present in the vehicle to make it easy to drive. Maintenance is relatively cheap these days but a service interval of 10,000 km is something most buyers will appreciate. The pick-up truck will be available through Agni Inc. (Mahindra's official distributor in Nepal) at 14.8 lakh Nepalese Rupees, which  equals to about Rs 9.3 lakhs.

And that's not all for Nepal, as the same report suggests that Mahindra is also planning to launch its electric car, the e2o by October.
