Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 'Maximum' Limited Edition Launched: Price in India Starting from INR 2.94 lakhs

Maruti Suzuki has launched the limited edition of Alto 800, called - Alto 800 Maximum, in Indian Market to celebrate the sale of 25 lakhs units of Alto 800. Alto 800 Maximum variant has revised features in terms of interior and exterior. Such revised features definitely make the vehicle stand out in a crowd. These features includes, roof lip spoiler, leather seat covers, keyless entry, rear spoiler, and audio system with good quality speakers. This limited edition model comes with benefits of worth INR 66,666. The Maruti Alto 800 Maximum competes with the cars likes of Tata Nano, Chevrolet Spark, Hyundai Eon and Datsun GO in India.

The Maruti Alto 800 Maximum features the same mechanical configuration and there are no changes in engine, the limited edition is also powered by the same F8D 796cc engine, which can produce the maximum power of 47 bhp and 69 nm of torque. This tired and trusted engine is equipped with 5-speed manual transmission, limited edition of Alto 800 is also comes with the option of CNG kit.

The Maruti Alto 800 Maximum is priced between INR 2.94 lakhs to 3.73 lakh (ex-showroom Mumbai).

Recently, the K Series engine of Maruti Suzuki has crossed 25 lakhs of production milestone in India. K-10 1-litre engine is available in Maruti’s Alto K10, Celerio, and Wagon R; while the K-12 1.2-litre engine is seen in Swift, Ritz and DZire; the K-14 1.4-litre engine is available in Ertiga.
