Judging by the new images, you’ll see that the new Ertiga comes with some new cosmetic updates both on the outside and inside. The front end of the MPV is fashioned by a 3-slat chrome grill, sporty front bumper housing the new air dam and round fog lamps accentuated by chrome bezels. The MPV also features redesigned headlamps and a beefy bonnet along with restyled electronic ORVM with integrated turn indicators. At the back, it sports a new chrome embellishment above the registration plate area, rear parking sensors and taillamp reflectors.

Coming to its interiors, Suzuki has retained the design of the cabin, but has updated certain areas to give it a more upmarket look. Few updates include new 3rd row seats with 50:50 split fold, new fabric seat upholstery, and new colours for the steering wheel, floor carpet, gear-knob and dashboard.
Under the hood, Maruti Ertiga will continue to feature the same engine option – 1.4-liter K-Series (K14B) VVT petrol engine, which now produces 92 PS power and 130 Nm of peak torque in the current model. It will also continue offering the 4-speed automatic gearbox, rather than the rumored 5-speed AMT.

The new 2015 Maruti Suzuki Ertiga is being manufactured and exported as CKD kits by the company to the internal market meaning, India-launch is not too far away. The 2015 model will make its debut on August 20 at the 2015 GIIAS (Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show).
