The current (second) gen B-Class has been around for no more than a couple of years but Mercedes Benz is already readying a facelifted version which could be out sometime during next year.

As seen in these spy images, the prototype wearing light camouflage suggests that the updates could be restricted to just a revised front bumper and headlamps. Since the second-gen B-Class is based on Mercedes’ MFA platform, it is fairly advanced underneath to call for any updates.

Mechanically, the facelifted B-Class is likely to remain the same. The luxury MPV will be offered with the same set of petrol and diesel engines ranging from 1.5-litre to 2-litre capacity.
