More than 40,000 bookings for Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 made

Out of which, around 20,000 cars have been delivered, says MSIL.

Slowdown, what? Say hello to Maruti Suzuki Alto 800, a car that managed to get 6500 bookings much before anyone had seen the car properly. Once that was done, Maruti was confident that the numbers will further climb to 10,000 before the car's official launch. 

And the numbers kept increasing, as the car was launched. According to reports, Alto 800 has become such a hit that till now more than 40,000 bookings have been made. And since Maruti doesn't want to let go of this big opportunity, they are working hard to keep the customers happy!
According to Maruti, around half of the bookings have already been cleared.
