NY2011: Porsche Panamera Turbo S

Porsche unveils one of the fastest production sedans your money can buy!

Porsche has unveiled a new variant of their four door coupe, the Panamera. Called the ‘Turbo S’, the new variant builds up on the current Panamera Turbo’s 4.8-litre V8, with a new set of turbochargers that feature titanium-aluminium turbines. A remapped ECU adds more grunt to the revised setup and pulls out 550PS of power and 750Nm of torque from the engine.

The Panamera Turbo S comes with the Sport Chrono package as standard, but should the driver select the Sport Plus package, the engine delivers a massive 800Nm of torque. The overall package is good for a 3.6s 0-100 kmph sprint and a top speed over 300 kmph, making it one of the quickest four door coupes around.
