After what seems like a whole era gone by, Ford India is finally ready to let out its newest urban crossover, the Ford EcoSport into the Indian market this month. The launch event will get underway, precisely on June 26, 2013 in New Delhi.
We already know all there is to know about the EcoSport, except for one important detail – the pricing. And for that we do not have much choice, but to wait until the end of this month. But we reckon, the EcoSport will ride high in the Indian market, so if you have the your eyes set on the compact crossover, we suggest you head over to the nearest dealership and put your money on the table. Ford India had already opened the registrations for the EcoSport, earlier this week.
As a refresher, the 2013 Ford EcoSport will be offered in four trims: Ambiente, Trend, Titanium and Titanium Opt. Engine wise, three variants will be offered: a Fiesta-sourced 1.5-litre diesel and petrol engine and a 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol EcoBoost engine.
