Prax Supercar Show 2015: Ferrari, Lamborghini, BMW and other major brands participate in the 7th Prax Supercar Show

Bragging rights for owners and an exhilarating treat for enthusiast, this is what the 2015 Prax Supercars Show was all about this year. Gracefully displayed at the RWITC Race Course Turf Club, we saw a huge line-up of close to 80 supercars and over 20 superbikes at this year’s Prax Supercar show. Even though every supercar displayed in the event had its own sect of enthusiasts, the heart throbbing show stopper, Ferrari LaFerrari, was undoubtedly the most staggering part of the show.  

Apart from LaFerrari the line up included a number of other supercars that are sure to astound you. Supercar from esteemed brands like Lamborghini, Aston Martin, BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Bentley, Rolls Royce and many more were showcased with poise for critics and enthusiasts to drool over. The list of car included a samll fleet of Lamborghini Aventador, among others there were Aston Martin V8 Vantage, Ferrari FF, BMW M4, M5 and M6, Rolls Royce Ghost, Nissan GTR and many more.

Even though the Superbikes were part of the event for the first time, organisers could have added a few more impressive models to the line-up as many displayed in the show were quite frequently observed running on our streets. The 2015 line-up of Superbikes included motorcycles like, The Yamaha R1, Honda CBR, Harley-Davidson heritage softail and Super Glide, Kawasaki Z1000, Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14, Moto Guzzi California, Suzuki Hyabusa, Suzuki GSX R1000, Triumph Speed Triple and more. The centre of attraction in the superbikes section was the Honda’s luxury touring motorcycle Goldwing.

The cars were kept on display on the 10^th of January from 10 AM to 6 PM at the race course and later the next day on the 11^th all of them except for the LaFerrari participated in parade/rally, which was flagged-off at 11 AM and went up till 1:30 PM. 2015 Parx Super Car Rally / Parade route started from the Turf Club, passed through Marine Drive via Haji Ali, Peddar Road, Babulnath, Chowpatty and Nariman Point, and crossed Marine Drive, Peddar Road and Haji Ali again to go to Worli Sea Face and Sea Link, then made an U-Turn under Bandra East Flyover, goes back to Sea Link, Worli Sea Face, Haji Ali and finally concluded at Turf Club.
