- Rs 35,000 discount on Maruti Suzuki Estillo
Rs 35,000 discount on Maruti Suzuki Estillo
The discount is being offered across all variants of the Estillo; valid until 30 November 2012.
The biggest festival on the Indian calendar – Diwali – is just a week away. And as a ritual many automakers are coming up with unique initiatives and massive discounts to woo customers and improve their sales chart. This year however, the automakers are heavily banking on the festive season for sales more than ever, thanks to the year long slump seen in the auto sector due to inflation, rise in input costs, depreciating value of the Indian rupee, etc.
Similarily, Maruti Suzuki India Ltd have announced a discount of up to Rs 35,000 on its Zen Estillo. The discount is being offered across all varaints of the Estillo and will be valid until 31 November 2012.
Furthermore, a discount of Rs 30,000 is being offered on all the petrol and CNG variants of the Wagon R and A-Star hatchback. Also, a discount of Rs 30,000 is being offered on the petrol, diesel and CNG variant of the SX4 sedan.

On the other hand, no discounts or special schemes are being offered on models that are doing well in the Indian market in terms of sales such as the newly launched Alto 800, the hot selling Swift hatchback and Swift DZire sedan.
Just last week, Maruti Suzuki has announced a massive discount of Rs 5 lakh on its luxury sedan Kizashi and had also announced the suspension of imports of the model into the Indian market, due to the limited number of buyers. The company will now only be importing the Kizashi into the country against orders.
