After releasing the first teaser image last week and offering a first look of the hot version of the 2013 Octavia – the Octavia vRS, Skoda has released a second teaser image of the car, ahead of its world premiere at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed in July.
While we do not know exactly how this all new model looks like, what we do know about the upcoming flagship vRS model is that it rides on the same MQB platform that underpins the standard Octavia.
With power output said to be in the region of 220PS, courtesy of a 2-litre TFSI engine, the 2013 Octavia vRS is more powerful than ever. Not just that, the upcoming Octavia vRS is also longer, more spacious and practical than the outgoing model. We will have all the official details and images when Skoda unveils the 2013 Octavia vRS for the first time at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in July.
