Ssangyong Motors, part of Mahindra Group, unveiled their new vision to become the most respected and innovative Korean company.   To achieve this, the company has set mid to long term plan of selling 1,60,000 units by 2013 and 3,00,000 units by 2016. Part of the big plan will also be to increase its global market share, make production more cost effective and develop newer technologies. Quite obviously, Ssangyong will look to leverage on its Indian parent as well and similarly, launch products in South Africa and Sri Lanka, and move production to India and Egypt.
