Strengthening its portfolio in Nepal automobile market, Tata Motors has launched its lifestyle SUV – Tata Hexa in the market at a price tag of NPR 77.95 Lakhs. To be offered in the XT 4X4 variant, Guenter Butschek – CEO & MD of Tata Motors commenced the retail of the Hexa SUV by handing over the keys to the first batch of 11 customers. The Lifestyle SUV from the house of homegrown automaker is the flagship model which was launched in the domestic market earlier this year. As far as the engine specs are concerned, the Tata Hexa comes powered by a 2.2-litre VARICOR diesel engine that can develop maximum power of 156PS with peak torque of 400Nm. Moreover, the XT 4×4 variant is offered with a 6-speed manual transmission. Enhancing the overall internal appeal, the Hexa also sports ‘Super Drive Modes’ that can be activated easily via a rotary knob situated on the center console which allow the driver to switch between the 4 different driving modes – Auto, Comfort, Dynamic and Rough Road. These driving modes proffers with a choice of driving experience that is customizable to the terrain as well as to the mood of the driver.
