Tata Motors will soon start taking official bookings for the Tata Nexon sub-compact SUV in India at an amount of INR 11,000. That said, the car is speculated to be launched in India on 21th September 2017. Based on the IMPACT design philosophy, the Tata Nexon comes equipped with an array of first-in-class technology and features that sets it apart from the competition. The Nexon comes powered by all-new 1.5-litre diesel and 1.2-litre turbo-charged petrol engine options. The car will be the fourth product after the Tata TiagoTata Hexa and Tigor from Tata Motors to be developed under the IMPACT design philosophy. The petrol engine produces 108 BHP of power and 170 Nm of peak torque while the diesel unit produces 108 BHP of power and 260 Nm of peak torque.
