Tata Motors is believed to showcase an all-new SUV at the Auto Expo 2018. The company is working on two new SUVs (internally codenamed Q501 & Q502), which will be based on the old generation Land Rover Discovery’s L550 platform. According to Tata Motors, this platform will be localised to meet the company’s needs. The Tata Q501 is a premium 5-seat SUV that will rival the Hyundai Creta and the Mahindra Scorpio. On the other hand, the Q502 is a 7-seat SUV that will rival the Jeep Compass and the Hyundai Tucson.
