With continuous demand from the domestic market for Tiago small car and Tigor compact sedan, Tata Motors bagged a growth of 10 percent in the last month. Tata Tiago which was launched in the Indian market last year has managed to show great numbers for the home-grown auto maker. Based on the IMPACT design philosophy, the car maker is now focusing on the limited edition version of the small car reports TeamBHP. Going by the spy shot, the limited edition of Tiago will sport all-black roof and glossy black ORVMs giving an elegant look. The standard 14-inch wheels seem to be replaced by a 13-inch spare wheel. Moreover, the company seems to have added wizz badging along with a limited edition badge giving a skip to XT mascot. The limited edition of Tiago will also receive blue dotted wheel rims; however, there is no clarity on that information. On the inside, the company has made many changes which include manually operated ORVMs and a standard IRVM instead of an anti-glare type. The passenger side vanity mirror has been removed and the dashboard seems to be new with center fascia in piano black tone with berry red highlights. The company has also worked on the interior quality of the seat fabric making it more comfortable and up-market product. Under the hood, the new limited edition is expected to sport same set of engine options as seen on the regular version of Tiago. The company will introduce this limited edition in both petrol and diesel version, however, it is not confirmed as of now. The petrol version will be powered by a 1.2-litre Revotron petrol engine capable of developing 83 bhp against 114Nm of power figures while the diesel unit will be equipped with 1.05-litre Revotorq diesel that makes 68 bhp of max power with peak torque of 140Nm. Transmission duties will be carried out by a 5-speed manual unit.
