If you don't fancy standing in long queues for a piece of paper that lets you enter the main gates of India Expo Mart, then buying tickets online is the right thing to do. Although the 2014 Indian Auto Expo (12th) is expected to have better facilities, but there's no harm in keeping a ticket ready.

Tickets for the 2014 Indian Auto Expo to be available from December 20

BookMyshow.com is the ticketing partner for the automobile exhibition, and advance tickets can be booked from tomorrow (December 20th) onwards. The ticket prices vary from Rs 200 for general visitors on weekdays and Rs 300 on weekends. If you visit as a business visitor, you'll have to pay Rs 500 for your ticket on weekdays. These tickets will be available online, and you can get them delivered at your doorstep till 31st of January, by paying a nominal delivery charge. These advance tickets can be bought at select outlets in NCR-Delhi too. The 12th Auto Expo (at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida) will be open for public from 7th of February till the 11th, while the Component Show (at Pragati Maidan, Delhi) will be from 6th to 9th of Feb.
