Updated BMW X1 to bow in at Detroit Motor Show

BMW has made it official that it will introduce an updated version of the X1 at the upcoming Detroit Motor Show. The updated version apparently will come with revised exteriors, more refined interior and better equipment.

On the outside, the updated X1 gets redesigned air intake vents, unique 17-inch alloys and daytime running lights as standard. Also new is the Sparkling Brown metallic color added to the range of exterior paint finishes. Inside, BMW has introduced the very latest internet-based services to Connected Drive features for improved mobility services.

When ordered with a navigation system and the Connected Drive Services option, owners can subscribe to them at any time. The functions can be integrated in the car’s operating system via apps, using the smartphone or the SIM card that is installed in the vehicle.
