After presenting the all-new 2013 McLaren P1 supercar at this year's Geneva Motor Show, McLaren has now announced a new entry-level supercar to directly target the Porsche 911 Turbo.

Codenamed P13, the new supercar will be positioned between the current MP4-12C and the P1 hypercar as a part of a three-strong line-up. Under the hood, we expect to see a mid-mounted 3.8-litre V8 engine that produces close to 455PS of max power. On the outside, we expect to see some design cues picked up from the recently unveiled P1 supercar.
The new entry-level supercar, P13 is expected to debut in the international market by 2015 and when it does, McLaren hopes to ship 2,500 units a year, each costing an estimated 200,000 U.S dollars.
