Kia India has announced the pricing for the new EV6 at INR 65.9 Lakh (Ex-Showroom, Pan India). The updated version of Kia’s first dedicated EV features a more aggressive front end, with a new Star Map Graphic Connected DRL and a GT-Line front bumper. It also includes 19-inch aerodynamic alloy wheels and star-map LED rear combination lamps. The cabin offers a spacious design with a new D-cut steering wheel and dual 12.3-inch panoramic curved displays that integrate infotainment.
The EV6 is equipped with Kia Connect 2.0, allowing remote diagnostics and over-the-air software updates for 34 ECU controllers. The Digital Key 2.0 uses Ultra-Wideband (UWB) technology, enabling a smartphone to act as a virtual key for the vehicle. There are also over 100 connected features to improve convenience.
In terms of safety, the EV6 includes the ADAS 2.0 package with 27 features, including Junction Turning, Junction Crossing, Lane Change Assist, and Evasive Steering Assist. It also has Lane Follow Assist to maintain lane positioning.
The vehicle is built on Kia’s Electric-Global Modular Platform (E-GMP) and is powered by an 84-kWh battery that provides a range of 663 km on a single charge. It delivers 325 PS and 605 Nm of torque. Additionally, the EV6 can be charged from 10% to 80% in just 18 minutes using a 350kW fast charger.
