New Delhi: Norton Motorcycles, known for its premium, hand-crafted motorcycles under the TVS Motor umbrella, has announced a strategic leadership transition. Dr. Robert Hentschel, who has served as CEO since 2021, is stepping back from his role to assume a non-executive director position within the company.
Dr. Hentschel has been a driving force in solidifying Norton’s foundation, guiding it through essential phases of growth and building a robust operational structure. His efforts have fostered a close, productive relationship with TVS Motor, laying the groundwork for Norton’s continued advancement and future achievements.
To support this trajectory, Norton has restructured its leadership. Nevijo Mance will take on the role of Executive Director, focusing on all upstream operations. He will oversee areas critical to the brand’s identity, including product design, development, manufacturing, and supply chain management. His direction will ensure Norton upholds its standards of quality and craftsmanship, positioning the company to deliver top-tier motorcycles.
Richard Arnold, who was appointed Executive Director in June 2024, will handle downstream operations such as marketing, sales, distribution, customer service, and brand management. His work will enhance Norton’s customer experience and global reach, reinforcing the brand’s reputation and commitment to excellence.
With these leadership adjustments, Norton Motorcycles is positioned to expand its influence in the premium motorcycle market while staying true to its legacy of craftsmanship and quality for enthusiasts worldwide.
