GreenCell Mobility’s electric intercity bus brand, NueGo, has significantly expanded its operations by adding multiple new routes across South and North India, taking its total network coverage to more than 120 cities. The latest expansion focuses on high-demand travel corridors, strengthening the brand’s presence in India’s fast-growing sustainable mobility segment.

The newly introduced routes include Chennai–Salem, Gurugram–Jaipur, Delhi–Lucknow, Bengaluru–Mangaluru, Vijayawada–Chennai, Vijayawada–Tirupati, Jaipur–Udaipur, and Pondicherry–Tiruchirappalli, among others. These connections aim to make electric bus travel more accessible, convenient, and environmentally friendly across major intercity routes.

GreenCell Mobility MD & CEO Devndra Chawla stated that the expansion aligns with the company’s ongoing mission to scale up intercity operations while standardising systems and enhancing travel quality. He emphasised that NueGo will continue to identify new corridors to meet increasing passenger demand.

NueGo buses offer assisted boarding, air-conditioned electric coaches, and basic onboard amenities such as water bottles and tissues. The company is also offering seasonal discounts on select return journeys. To ensure passenger safety, each bus undergoes comprehensive pre-departure checks, including mechanical and electrical inspections. The fleet is equipped with CCTV cameras, driver breath analysers, driver monitoring systems, and speed-control mechanisms, reinforcing safety and reliability.
