Tata Bolt will be Considered 2nd Passenger Car after Zest: Bolt India Launch Postponed to 2015

After Zest, The launch of Tata’s much awaited hatchback – Bolt, has been postponed till 2015. As per latest report from our sources, Tata is planning to launch the Bolt by early 2015. Tata bolt going to be second passenger car from the Tata Motors India stable after the launch of Tata Zest in August 2014.

According to the sources, Tata Bolt will be available in both petrol and diesel version, the petrol engine is equipped with 1.2-litre Revotron turbocharged petrol engine and 1.3-litre Quadrajet diesel engine. 

The price of Bolt is not yet revealed by the company but we expect that will be priced in the INR 7 lakhs price range and can compete with the other cars like, Maruti Suzuki SwiftFord FigoVolkswagen PoloChevrolet Beat and Hyundai i10 in the same segment.

The Bolt will be equipped with many attractive features like center console, MapMyIndia GPS system, infotainment system and an electric power steering on board.
