Tata Bolt:Tatas most awaited hatchback to be launched in India Soon

Tata Motors is now preparing for the launch of its latest hatchback Bolt. We have seen the first look of this car at 2014 Delhi Auto Expo.

Tata Motors is now preparing for the launch of its latest hatchback Bolt. We have seen the first look of this car at 2014 Delhi Auto Expo.Company claims that the the Tata Bolt will be a replacement for the Tata Vista, but with more improved features like better exteriors and interior cabin space. Bolt is developed under Tatas ‘Falcon’ program.

Tata is planning to launch Bolt in later half of 2014 at the Indian market, the pricing and variant details have not been revealed by the company but we expect that Tata will price the Bolt in the range of INR 4.6 lakhs to 6.6 lakhs. As compared to Vista, Bolt will be available with new and stylish exteriors and much improved interior design. Bolt will be offered in petrol and diesel version, 1.2 litre Revotron petrol petrol powered engine will produces 84bhp/140Nm and 1.3L Quadrajet diesel engine will produce 89bhp/200Nm.

At the front Bolt gets an aggressive fascia with the new grille and sleek shaped headlights, the curve window lines and rounded rear edge which makes it look more stylish. Tata Bolt will feature white and black combination of interior with 5-inch touch screen based Harman infotainment system and the beige color interiors on the lower spec.

Tata Bolt will be available in four petrol and three diesel variants, and will compete with the Grand i10, Maruti Suzuki Swift, Chevrolet Sail and Volkswagen Polo.
