Renault continues to receive accolades for making one of the safest cars on the road, with its recently launched Captur crossover receiving a five-star rating by the independent testing organization Euro NCAP.
The Euro NCAP tested the Captur through a series of passive crash tests and gave it a five-star safety rating, making the crossover the 15th Renault model to secure Euro NCAP’s maximum five-star rating.
More on the Captur: the crossover was first unveiled at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show as a rival to the Nissan Juke and the Peugeot 2008 in the UK. The Renault Captur is already on sale in the UK with prices ranging from £12,495 (Rs 10.3 lakh) to £16,495 (Rs 13.6 lakh) depending on the engine and trim levels.
