Prince bends his back and bashes the hard length, over off. Cooper Connolly tries to take it on the but the ball skids through to rush the batter. The ball kicks up a bit to catch the top edge and it is skied to backward point, where Manimaran Siddharth settles under it and does the rest. A bit short, around middle and off, Nehal Wadhera goes for the pull but fails to get enough power behind it and ends up finding Nicholas Pooran at deep mid-wicket. Yuzvendra Chahal to Mitchell Marsh, OUT! MISTIMED AND CAUGHT! Chahal fishes out the Bison and gets rewarded for exceptional execution. Chahal invites the batter by flighting the ball at 86.7 kph. Full and pitching outside off. Marsh sits down on a knee and goes for the slog sweep across the line. Gets it off the bottom of the bat. Ends up hitting it flat and straight to his Australian teammate Xavier Bartlett at long on. Marsh has a wry smile as he walks off. Lucknow Super Giants are 109/2, needing 146 more runs.

Vijaykumar Vyshak to Ayush Badoni, OUT! CAUGHT! Vijaykumar Vyshak ends the Powerplay for his side in the best possible fashion. Seam-up ball, on a length, outside off. Badoni stands with an open stance and swings hard at it. He loses his shape in the process and miscues it off the inner half. Arshdeep Singh to Rishabh Pant, OUT! EDGED AND CAUGHT BEHIND! Excellent execution again rewards the bowler. Wide yorker outside off. Pant shuffles across and bends, moving away from the off stump.
