Bihar Board Result 2018: Students of Class 10 and Class 12 of Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) are getting random phone calls from people claiming to be from the Bihar Board’s office, stated a Hindustan report. Students are getting tensed and are now wondering the status quo of their results. The fraudulent calls being made to the students in the name of Bihar Board, speak about marks obtained by the respective student and the minimum passing marks required as well as the maximum marks required to stand first in the BSEB examination. Students registered stress and anxiety over getting such kind of phone calls. They said that their personal details, such as, Aadhaar number, Parent’s name, Roll number, Name of the school etc. were correctly stated by these frauds. In the wake of such phone calls, students feared that their data might have been leaked. They said that the people calling the them accurately mentioned all the details which the school only had further strengthening their belief. However, students also said that they filled up their registration forms from their schools rather than filling it from cyber cafes where data theft is more common. The BSEB high school and Intermediate results 2018 are likely to release on May 12 for arts, science and commerce stream. The results will be released on the BSEB’s official website- Students are advised to keep a check on the official website- for the latest updates. Steps to check BSEB Class 10 and 12 results 2018:

  1. Visit the BSEB official website-
  2. Click on the Bihar Board Results 2018 link.
  3. Click on either BSEB Class 10th Results 2018 or BSEB Class 12th Results 2018 link likewise.
  4. Enter the relevant details and click on submit.
  5. Download the result and take a printout for future reference.

This year, students had to register their answers on the OMR sheets.  The finalisation of the results is underway since the scanning of OMR sheets has been done, said the officials. More than 17 lakh students had appeared for the matriculation (BSEB) 2018 examination and over 12 lakh students appeared for the Class 12, 2018 examination conducted by Bihar School Examination Board.
